Although designed for Surf fishing, this rod is also popular as a crossover for steelhead for those who prefer a faster Scandinavian style rod. Beulah Serum 500, Rio Outbound Short 10wt, SA Streamer express 350, SA350-400 shooting head, Shooting heads head @30 and 350- 400 grains work well overhand are a good target for this rod.
