Dancing Bears Fat Jake Net Sale

TCO Fly Shop partnered with Wayward Trading Post to create handmade, one-of-a-kind, wooden nets featuring TCOs dancing bear in a beautiful resin inlay. Each net is unique and has a different variation of wood grain and resin epoxy patterning.

Wayward Woodshops flagship Fat Jake landing net is handcrafted by Tina and Justin Skaggs in their Philadelphia-based woodshop. Constructing the Fat Jake with multiple types of wood is essential for a lighter-weight net that wont drag you down while infusing enough strength to wrangle the fattest and strongest fish. To ensure smaller river trout dont slip out, they chose a silicone net with smaller holes.

The Fat Jake features a Walnut wood handle with Cherry wood inlays. The Hickory hoop with a Walnut center makes it incredibly durable.

Fat Jake Measurements: The hoop measures 12 inches wide by 16 inches long. The handle is 18 inches long and shaped to maximize your grip. The entire net measures 35 inches head to toe.
