Top Water Gurgler

EP Top Water, A very effective fly when fish are active in the surface. The EP Top Water is Puglisis gurgler fly, and its perfection. The foam is wide enough to keep the fly suspended when paused, but slim enough to still be aerodynamic. The folded front section makes a solid pop and moves water when stripped.
